A launch event for my books “Aridat al-Ahwadhi fi Sharh Kitab al-Tirmidhi” and “Tahdhib al-Talib wa Fa’idat al-Raghib”

Al-Shaikh Al-Tahir Al-Zawi Center for Research and Manuscript Studies held a book launch event for two books:

“Aridat Al-Ahwadhi fi Sharh Kitab Al-Tirmidhi” by Imam Qadi Abu Bakr Ibn Al-Arabi Al-Maafiri Al-Ishbili Al-Maliki, who died in 543 AH. And “Tahdhib Al-Talib wa Faidat Al-Raghib” by Imam Abu Muhammad `Abd Al-Haqq Ibn Muhammad Ibn Harun Al-Sahmi Al-Siqilli, who died in 466 AH.

This took place on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 – corresponding to 28 Dhu al-Qi`dah 1445 AH – at 5:30 PM, at the Center’s headquarters in the Andalus neighborhood, Tripoli, Libya.

At this ceremony, Dr. Salah Al-Shaab, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center, His Eminence Professor Dr. Hamza Abu Faris, member of the Council of Research and Sharia Studies at the Libyan Fatwa House, and member of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, Dr. Abu Aisha Khalifa Saud, the editor of the book “Tahdhib Al-Talib wa Fa’idat Al-Raghib”, and Dr. Tariq Sasi Al-Shaibani, spoke about the editors of the book “Aridat Al-Ahwadhi fi Sharh Kitab Al-Tirmidhi”.
